This restful, 675 square foot renovated manufactured home – now a great bunkhouse for our guests! – is fully furnished and features 2 beds, 2 baths, full kitchen with dining area, living room area with queen-size sofa sleeper, outside deck, many amenities including clothes washer, and all utilities except landline and/or cell phone service. Sleeps up to 6 guests.
*LA County Transient Occupancy Tax (TOT). For stays from 2-nights to 29-nights. IF THESE ROOMS ARE BOOKED using a online company hosting platform [i.e., VRBO, AirBnB, FlipKey, OneFineStay, HomeStay, et al] all prices are plus the 12% required Los Angeles County Transient Occupancy Tax. 13-week Contract Rentals and Month-to-Month Rentals are exempt from the TOT.
